Today you and your partners are going to learn more things about traditional British food. You are going to surf the internet and to discover that English food id delicious!

TASK

Your group will elaborate a menu for a typical English restaurant consisting of different courses, including the name of the restaurant and the prices.

Then your teacher will choose one main course or dessert from your menu. You will have to write down its recipe.

MENU

Elaborate the menu of your restaurant. First think of a nice name for it. Getting information on the internet make the list of the dishes (starters, main courses and desserts), beverages and the speciality of the day. Don’t forget the prices ( in pounds!).

RECIPE


Give the menu to your teacher. She will decide the dish you will have to write about. Look up the recipe on the internet and write it down.

EVALUATION

- Write your menu using a word processor and give it to your teacher

- Write your recipe using pictures or photos. Use a word processor or a power point presentation. Show it to your classmates.
